Scholarship Program
The Leadership Command College Alumni Association (LCCAA) is a professional organization of primarily Texas Peace Officers who have successfully completed the Bill Blackwood Leadership & Command College through Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas Woman's University in Denton, and Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. The majority of these officers serve in a supervisory capacity within their respective law enforcement agencies. The LCCAA provides training opportunities to Texas Peace Officers through LCCAA Regional Directors, as well as hosting an annual training conference with innovative speakers. In keeping with the tradition of supporting quality education, the annual LCCAA College Scholarship Program will award at least two separate scholarships of not less than $500 each to high school seniors who are also children, or grandchildren, of LCCAA members in good standing.
